A fleet you cannot see is a fleet you cannot run
A logbook tells you where a vehicle went yesterday. It does not tell you where it is now, which service is overdue, who signed for the fuel, or why one route costs twice another. SpeedoOne VMS keeps every vehicle, driver, job and cost on one live record.

Everything your transport desk needs
Overview and operations, in one console.
Follow every vehicle on the map with speed, halts and route history, refreshed continuously.
Distance, fuel, idle time and cost per vehicle or route, ready to export for any period.
One record per vehicle carrying documents, assignment, odometer and running cost.
Schedule by date, distance or hours, log every job, and keep a vehicle off the road until it clears.
Staff request a vehicle, the approver signs off, and the trip is assigned without a phone call.
Hired vendors, drivers and helpers in one register, with licences and contracts tracked.
Maintenance that happens before the breakdown
A service missed is a vehicle off the road at the worst moment.
Every vehicle carries its own schedule. VMS counts the days, the kilometres and the engine hours, and raises the job before the limit is crossed.
- Schedule any way you work. By date, distance or engine hours, per vehicle.
- Keep the history. Every job, part and cost stays on the vehicle record.
- Block unsafe dispatch. A vehicle with an overdue service cannot be assigned a trip.
Requisitions without the phone calls
A vehicle request should move on its own, from the person who needs it to the driver who takes the job.
Request, approve, assign
- One form. Date, time, seats or load, and purpose, raised from any device.
- Routed automatically. The right approver sees it without being chased.
- Assigned with context. Approvers see which vehicles are free before committing one.
- Tracked to completion. Every request keeps its trip, driver and distance.
How SpeedoOne VMS works
Vehicles, documents, devices and machines, with an owner and a depot for each.
GPS units report position and status; a driver app covers vehicles without hardware.
Requisitions are raised and approved, and trips are assigned to drivers.
Position, halts and idle time update continuously across every vehicle.
Distance, fuel, cost and maintenance history are ready whenever finance asks.
One depot. Or a fleet across states.
Whether you run six vehicles from a single yard or hundreds across regions, VMS scales to the way your operation is organised.
- Standardise tracking and maintenance across every depot
- Keep depot-specific routes, shifts and approvers
- Centralise reporting and cost oversight in one console
- Cover owned vehicles, hired transport parties and machines
- Manage devices and drivers from the same platform
Every vehicle accounted for. Every cost explained.
See your whole fleet on one screen
Track every vehicle, schedule every service, and know what the running costs actually are.
Got a question? We have the answers.
What does SpeedoOne VMS track?
Vehicles, drivers, trips, maintenance, requisitions and cost. Live Tracking covers position and status; Operations covers fleet records, workshop jobs, hired transport parties, devices and machines.
Do we need GPS hardware in every vehicle?
No. Vehicles with a GPS device report continuously. For the rest, the driver app on a phone provides position and trip records, so you can start without fitting the whole fleet.
Can it handle hired vehicles as well as our own?
Yes. Transport Parties holds your hired vendors with their contracts and rates, so outsourced trips appear in the same reports as owned vehicles.
How does maintenance scheduling work?
Set each service by date, distance or engine hours. VMS raises the job as the limit approaches and can stop an overdue vehicle being assigned a trip.
What happens where there is no network?
Devices buffer their position and the driver app queues trip data locally, syncing once coverage returns, so nothing is lost on a rural route.
