Renter KYC & blacklist
Driving licence, ID papers and expiry dates on file. Verify papers before check-out, and a blacklisted renter can’t be booked.
SpeedoOne Rentals runs self-drive and chauffeur hire on the same vehicles your VMS already tracks. Bookings, photo check-out and check-in, deposits, challans, attached-car owners and an online booking page — on one login.
Every hire moves through the same five steps, and each step adds to the same booking — so the final invoice already knows the km, fuel, late time and damage.
At the counter, on a call, from your website or a CRM lead. The price is quoted as you type.
ReservedBook a class now and assign the exact car or driver when it suits you.
ConfirmedOdometer, fuel, photos, checklist and the renter’s signature before the car leaves.
ActiveKm run, fuel shortfall, late time and new damage are charged when the car comes back.
ReturnedGST invoice raised, and the deposit refunded or adjusted against it.
ClosedSee which car is out, reserved or blocked for the week. Click an empty day on a car to book it, or book against a class and assign the car later.
Walk round the car with the renter. Mark damage on the car diagram, take photos, note odometer and fuel, and collect a signature — when the car leaves and again when it comes back.
Set rates once per vehicle class. Seasons, extras and promo codes adjust the quote, and the booking form shows the price as you type.
Take the deposit before the keys go out. When a traffic challan arrives weeks later, SpeedoOne matches it to the hire that had the car, so you can charge the right renter.
Share your public booking page or link it from your site. Renters pick dates, a counter and a car, add extras and a promo code, and send the request. It lands on your dashboard for you to confirm.
A rental car is the same vehicle record your VMS already keeps, with its GPS tracker, documents, fuel and service history. Rentals reads that record before every booking.
The rest of the rental desk sits on the same login, with the same customers, cars and ledgers.
Driving licence, ID papers and expiry dates on file. Verify papers before check-out, and a blacklisted renter can’t be booked.
Trip fare with extra km, extra hours, night halt, driver allowance and waiting. Tolls and parking are billed at actuals.
Put owners’ cars on a contract. Owner bills show gross, TDS and net payable, and land on the owner’s ledger.

Yes. Rentals gives you a public booking page where renters pick dates, a counter, a car and extras, apply a promo code and send the request. You choose which classes, counters and extras are shown, and renters can check their booking status with the booking number and phone.
A rental car uses the same vehicle record as the VMS, so its GPS tracker, documents, fuel and service history are already there. Cars with expiring papers, maintenance due or an open workshop job are flagged on the rental dashboard.
