Job Cards

One job card per vehicle visit — inspection at check-in, parts and labour as the work goes on, and a clear stage until the keys are handed back.

01

Inspection at check-in

Odometer, fuel level, dents and scratches and complaints, before work starts.

02

Parts & labour on the card

Spares from stock and labour lines, with GST on every line.

03

Stages everyone can see

Inspection, estimate, approved, in progress, ready and delivered.

04

Full service history

Every visit, part and invoice for a car or bike, by registration number.

Bookings & Reminders

Bookings & Reminders

Take every booking in one list, slot it to a bay, and turn it into a job card the moment the vehicle arrives — then bring the customer back when the next service is due.

01

Confirm or reschedule

Pending, confirmed and cancelled bookings with one-click actions.

02

Slots by bay

Plan the day by bay and time, so the workshop never overbooks.

03

Service due reminders

Free and periodic services reminded by date or kilometres.

04

Booking to job card

Customer, vehicle and service carry straight onto the job card.

Spare Parts

Spare parts that count themselves

Genuine and aftermarket spares, oils, filters, tyres and batteries in one stock list that updates as parts go on jobs.

01

Stock in one list

Code, rate and quantity, searchable by part, code or vehicle model.

02

Issued to the job

Parts added to a job card leave stock on their own.

03

Reorder in time

A reorder level per part flags low stock early.

04

Purchases that add up

Stock value and parts issued this month at a glance.

Mechanics & Labour

Know who’s on which vehicle

Assign each job by skill, log the hours spent, and see which vehicles are waiting for a free pair of hands.

01

Assign by skill

Engine, brakes, AC and electrical, two-wheelers, or denting and paint.

02

Hours on every job

Labour charges match the work actually done.

03

Today at a glance

On job, waiting for parts, available or on leave.

04

Labour report

Jobs and hours per mechanic for reviews and incentives.

Estimates & Billing

Quote it. Fix it. Bill it.

The approved estimate becomes the invoice, GST is worked out on spares and labour, and every payment is recorded against the job.

01

Estimate

Built from spares and labour on the job card and shared with the customer.

02

Approve & repair

Work starts once approved; extra work gets its own approval.

03

GST invoice

Close the job card to raise an invoice with tax already on it.

04

Collect payment

Cash, UPI or card, including part payments, with dues in view.

FAQ

Auto Workshop Questions, Answered.

The questions car and bike workshops ask most when they evaluate SpeedoOne Auto Workshop.

What is SpeedoOne Auto Workshop?
SpeedoOne Auto Workshop is the car and bike service module of the SpeedoOne platform. It gives an automobile workshop one place to book vehicles in, inspect them at check-in, open job cards, assign mechanics, use spare parts from stock and bill the customer — on the same login as the rest of SpeedoOne.
Does it work for both car and bike workshops?
Yes. Cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles and two-wheelers all go through the same flow: check-in, job card, estimate, repair, invoice and delivery. Each vehicle keeps its own service history by registration number.
Can I record the vehicle condition at check-in?
Yes. Note the odometer reading, fuel level, visible dents and scratches and the customer’s complaints on the job card when the vehicle arrives, so there is no dispute at delivery.
Can I remind customers when the next service is due?
Yes. Set the next service by date or by kilometres, and remind customers before it is due — including free and periodic services — so regulars keep coming back.
Can I track spare parts, oils, tyres and batteries?
Yes. Genuine and aftermarket spares, lubricants, tyres and batteries sit in one stock list. Parts used on a job card are issued from stock, low items are flagged against a reorder level, and purchases bring stock back up.
Can customers approve estimates before work starts?
Yes. Build the estimate from parts and labour on the job card and share it with the customer. Work starts once it is approved, and any extra work found during the repair gets its own approval.
Does it handle GST invoices and payments?
Yes. Invoices show spare parts and labour with their GST, and payments by cash, UPI or card — including part payments — are recorded against each invoice so dues are always visible.
