Every response, a lead
A response becomes a CRM lead as it is submitted — no sheet to export or copy.
Google Forms Integration
Every form response becomes a CRM lead, routed to a pipeline and owner with duplicates merged. No more copying rows out of a response sheet — each enquiry is ready for your sales team the moment it is submitted.
01Add a source
In the app, open Modules → Integrations → Lead Sources. Under Add a source, pick Google Forms and click Add source. Each source gets its own webhook URL; every payload becomes a CRM lead.
02Connect your form
Copy the source’s Webhook URL. In your Google Form, open the ⋮ More menu → Apps Script, paste a short script that posts each response to the URL, then add an On form submit trigger. From then on, every response reaches SpeedoOne as it is submitted.
⋮ More → Apps Script.On form submit trigger — each response now becomes a lead.// Apps Script, bound to your form
function onSubmit(e) {
const data = {};
e.response.getItemResponses().forEach(r =>
data[r.getItem().getTitle()] = r.getResponse());
UrlFetchApp.fetch('WEBHOOK_URL', {
method: 'post', contentType: 'application/json',
payload: JSON.stringify(data)
});
}
03Lead routing
Set a default product, default owner, pipeline and tags for the source. Leave the owner empty and your auto-assign rules pick one. The field map matches each question to a CRM field.
04Test & monitor
Paste a sample payload and click Parse — nothing is saved, you just see the leads it would create. Each source shows how many leads it has received, when the last one came in and the last error, if any.

Deleting a source keeps the leads already created.
A response becomes a CRM lead as it is submitted — no sheet to export or copy.
Enquiries, admissions or event sign-ups — any form you already use can feed CRM.
The same person filling your form twice stays one lead, so your team never calls twice.
Every lead goes to a pipeline and owner with your tags, or to your auto-assign rules.
