Facebook Lead Ads Integration

How to Connect
Facebook Lead Ads

Lead-ad form submissions land as CRM leads within seconds, routed to a pipeline and owner with duplicates merged. No spreadsheet downloads, no copy-paste — every new lead is ready for your sales team to call.

  • Leads in seconds
  • Pipeline & owner routing
  • Duplicates merged

01Add a source

Add Facebook Lead Ads as a lead source

In the app, open Modules → Integrations → Lead Sources. Under Add a source, pick Facebook Lead Ads and click Add source. Each source gets its own webhook URL; every payload becomes a CRM lead.

  • Its own webhook URL for every source
  • Same screen for JustDial, Google Forms and Jotform
  • Switch a source on or off at any time

02Connect to Meta

One webhook URL, one Page token

Open the source and copy its Webhook URL. Add it to your Meta app as the Page webhook for lead-ad events, then paste a long-lived Page access token so SpeedoOne can read each form’s answers. The How to connect box in the app walks you through each step.

  • Copy the webhook URL in one click
  • Page token saved hidden — enter to replace
  • Rotate the token if the URL ever leaks

03Lead routing

Every lead reaches the right owner

Set a default product, default owner, pipeline and tags for the source. Leave the owner empty and your auto-assign rules pick one. The field map matches each lead-form question to a CRM field.

  • Default product when the form has none
  • Tags added to every lead
  • Unmapped fields fall back to common names

04Test & monitor

Test it before a real lead arrives

Paste a sample payload and click Parse — nothing is saved, you just see the leads it would create. Each source shows how many leads it has received, when the last one came in and the last error, if any.

  • Parse a sample payload safely
  • Received count and last received time
  • Delete a source — leads already created stay

Leads within seconds

A lead-ad form submission becomes a CRM lead seconds after the customer taps Submit.

Routed, not dumped

Every lead goes to a pipeline and owner with your tags, or to your auto-assign rules.

Duplicates merged

The same person filling two forms stays one lead, so your team never calls twice.

Rotate the token anytime

The old webhook URL stops working at once — paste the new one into Meta and carry on.
