Leads as they are filed
A Jotform entry becomes a CRM lead moments after the visitor clicks Submit.
Jotform Integration
Jotform submissions become CRM leads as they are filed, routed to a pipeline and owner with duplicates merged. Paste one webhook URL into your form and every new entry is ready for your sales team.
01Add a source
In the app, open Modules → Integrations → Lead Sources. Under Add a source, pick Jotform and click Add source. Each source gets its own webhook URL; every payload becomes a CRM lead.
02Connect your form
Open the source and copy its Webhook URL. In Jotform, open your form, go to Settings → Integrations, pick WebHooks, paste the URL and click Complete Integration. Every new submission is posted to SpeedoOne straight away.
Settings → Integrations.WebHooks, paste the URL and click Complete Integration.03Lead routing
Set a default product, default owner, pipeline and tags for the source. Leave the owner empty and your auto-assign rules pick one. The field map matches each form question to a CRM field.

04Test & monitor
Paste a sample payload and click Parse — nothing is saved, you just see the leads it would create. Each source shows how many leads it has received, when the last one came in and the last error, if any.

Deleting a source keeps the leads already created.

Every lead goes to a pipeline and owner with your tags, or to your auto-assign rules.
The same person filling your form twice stays one lead, so your team never calls twice.
The old webhook URL stops working at once — paste the new one into Jotform and carry on.
