Manufacturing in SpeedoOne

Manufacturing execution,
mapped to your shop floor

SpeedoOne follows the real order of work in a factory — from what you make and how, through planning and the floor, to quality, stores and the truck at your gate.

  1. Define products & recipes
    • Raw materials and finished goods with SKU, unit and reorder level
    • Assembly BOMs and process recipes with yield %
    • Every edit saves a new BOM version

Core capabilities

Strengthen every step, from order to output

01 · PLANNING TO EXECUTION

Turn sales orders into work orders the floor can follow

Confirm a sales order and every line becomes a work order on the active BOM version — with a material plan, issue slips and stage-by-stage progress.

  • One-click work orders from confirmed sales orders
  • Material plan from the BOM, issued from any store
  • Stages with workstation, expected hours and default crew
  • QC at the end: pass into finished goods, hold or reject
02 · SHOP-FLOOR VISIBILITY

Count output hour by hour, straight from the machine

Fit a counter device on a mixer, packer or press. Every pulse is mapped to a product, so the hourly sheet and shift report fill themselves — no clipboards, no end-of-day guesswork.

  • Production devices by IMEI, each input mapped to a product
  • Count in bags, pieces or KG — with quantity per pulse
  • Hourly production and shift reports with good vs scrap
  • Device count audit for every switch and packet
03 · STORES & COSTING

Know your stock in every store, every evening

Raw, WIP and finished goods stores with every move on record. Daily closing stock freezes on its own at 23:56, with price-wise layers and a closing stock valuation ready for your accounts.

  • GRN, issue to production, receipt, transfer and dispatch moves
  • Opening, purchased, produced, consumed and sold — per day
  • Price layers with FIFO or average costing
  • Low-stock alerts against each product’s reorder level
04 · TRACEABILITY

Trace every batch from purchase to sale

Every work order runs as a batch. Enter a GRN number and see which runs used it, what they produced and which customers bought it — in seconds, not days.

  • Batch tracking with a stage timeline and crew
  • Purchase → production → sale trace by GRN
  • Batch-wise stock across every store
  • Wastage by reason and scrap by stage, with value
Benefits

What this means for
your factory operations

Predictable production

Work orders, stages and hourly counts show where every job stands, so delivery dates hold and teams respond to change with confidence.

More output, less scrap

Scrap by stage and wastage by reason show exactly where material is lost, so the floor runs with fewer stoppages, shift by shift.

True cost of production

The manufacturing account and closing stock valuation carry real production cost into your books, for better margin control.

One system, fewer spreadsheets

Orders, floor, stores, purchase and dispatch in one place — fewer handoffs and no re-typing between tools.

Industries

Built for many kinds of factories

SpeedoOne supports factories that assemble parts into one product, split one input into many, or run multi-stage production on the shop floor.

Flour & food processingProcess recipes: wheat → flour, suji and bran, with yield % and extraction tracked per run. Furniture & assemblyAssembly BOMs bring frames, foam and fabric into one product across cutting, welding and assembly stages. Bricks & ceramicsMoulding, drying and kiln-firing stages with expected hours; breakage logged as wastage by reason. Packaging & plasticsMachine counters log pieces per pulse from moulding and printing lines, shift by shift.
Onboarding

Support through setup and beyond

Our team sets up your products, recipes and stages with you, fits the counter devices, and trains supervisors and store staff — then stays a call away.

  1. Share your products and recipesWe load raw materials, finished goods, BOMs and stages from your sheets.
  2. Connect your machinesFit counter devices and map each input to a product in minutes.
  3. Go live shift by shiftStart with one line, train your team, then roll out across the plant.
FAQ

Questions factories ask us

Does SpeedoOne support process manufacturing like flour or rice mills?

Yes. Besides assembly BOMs, you can build process recipes where one input gives many outputs, each with a yield %. Reports show extraction %, driage and actual vs expected yield per day.

Can my machines count production automatically?

Yes. Add a production device by its IMEI, map each input to a product and set the quantity per pulse. Counts land in the hourly production sheet with a “device” tag, and every packet is kept for audit.

How is my stock valued?

Stock is kept in price layers with FIFO or average costing. Daily closing stock freezes at 23:56, and the closing stock valuation and manufacturing account flow into your trading account.

Can I trace a batch back to the raw material?

Yes. Each work order runs as a batch. Search a GRN to see the runs that used it, the batches they produced and the sales orders those batches went to.

Does it handle purchasing?

Yes. Raise requisitions against a work order, approve or reject them, collect vendor quotes, compare prices and convert to purchase orders in one step.

Can I use it with SpeedoOne HR, Accounting and VMS?

Yes — they share one workspace. Shifts and crews come from HR, dispatch can use your VMS vehicles, and stock and production costs post to Accounting.
