Get your Page ready to connect
Messenger for business runs on a Facebook Page, not a personal profile. You need to be an admin of the Page, and people must be allowed to message it under Settings → Messaging.

Before you connect — checklist

2Let the Page receive messagesOn the Page: Settings → Messaging — make sure people can message the Page.
3Click “Connect Messenger”Log in to Facebook, pick the Page(s) you want and approve the permissions.
4Done — messages flow into the Team InboxNext to WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email.
24-hour window: like WhatsApp, Messenger lets a business reply free-form only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message.

In the app, open Modules → Integrations → Messenger and click Connect Messenger. Log in to Facebook, pick the Page or Pages you want in the inbox and approve the requested permissions.
