Faster Responses

Quick replies and saved macros help your team respond quickly and consistently.

Business Templates

Use Meta-approved message templates for common business communication.

Connected Workflows

Connect WhatsApp communication with your business processes where supported by your setup.

Shared inbox

Every Conversation in One Place

Give your team a centralized workspace to view and respond to WhatsApp conversations without losing track of important customer interactions.

  • Conversation history
  • Customer details
  • Search
  • Filters
  • Assigned conversations
  • Unread messages
  • Priority conversations

The shared inbox brings WhatsApp and email into one queue with assignment, status, tags, notes and tasks. Exact fields available to your team depend on your workspace configuration.

CRM connection

Turn Conversations Into Customer Relationships

Connect WhatsApp conversations with customer and lead workflows so your team can keep communication and business information together.

  • Customer record
  • Tags & status
  • Internal notes
  • Tasks

Conversations carry tags, status, notes and tasks in the shared inbox. Lead creation and follow-up scheduling depend on the CRM modules enabled for your workspace — our team confirms what is active for you during setup.

Create Template How template approval works

SpeedoOne keeps a local mirror of the templates in your WhatsApp Business Account. You can sync templates from Meta or submit new ones for review from inside SpeedoOne. Only templates approved by Meta can be sent, and Meta review typically takes from a few minutes to 24 hours or more. Free-form replies outside the customer service window are subject to WhatsApp’s messaging rules.

Automation

Automate Your WhatsApp Communication

Reply instantly to common questions, greet first-time enquiries and keep customers informed without anyone typing the same message twice.

The four automations above are configured in SpeedoOne’s WhatsApp automation settings. The two cross-module workflows shown at the top depend on which SpeedoOne modules are enabled for your organization — our team confirms this during setup.

Collaboration

Keep Your Team on the Same Page

Conversations belong to the team, not to one phone. Assign an owner, leave a note for the next person and track where each conversation stands.

  • Assign conversation
  • Internal notes
  • Team members
  • Conversation status
  • Priority
  • Follow-up

Notifications

Never Miss an Important Message

Event notifications keep the right people informed when something needs attention.

Rahul Sharma sent a message.

New Lead

New enquiry received through WhatsApp.

Follow-up Reminder

Follow up with ABC Industries.

SpeedoOne maps events to notification channels, including WhatsApp, email and in-app alerts. Which events are available to map depends on the modules enabled for your workspace, so the exact notification set is confirmed during setup.

Media & documents

Share More Than Messages

Keep business communication practical by sharing relevant documents and media within customer conversations where supported.

QuotationsPricing documents
AttachmentsAnything the thread needs

Supported media types and file size limits follow WhatsApp’s own rules for business messaging.

Setup

How It Works

Three stages, run from the WhatsApp integration screen inside SpeedoOne.

01 — Connect Link your number

Log in with Meta from inside SpeedoOne, or enter your Phone Number ID and API key directly, then run Connect & Verify. If the number has two-step verification enabled, you will be asked for the PIN.

02 — Configure Register the webhook and set your rules

Add the inbound webhook URL shown in SpeedoOne to your provider dashboard so replies land in the Team Inbox. Sync approved templates, then set your auto-replies, working hours and quick replies.

03 — Communicate Send a test, then go live

Send a test message to confirm the connection, then start handling conversations in the shared Team Inbox with assignment, tags, notes and tasks.

Setup requires a WhatsApp Business Account and a number registered on the Meta Cloud API. A number currently in use in the WhatsApp Business app has to be migrated before it can be connected. Our team can walk through this with you.

FAQ

Questions About the Integration

Straight answers about what the WhatsApp integration does today.

It connects your WhatsApp Business number to SpeedoOne through the official Meta Cloud API. Once connected, incoming messages arrive in SpeedoOne’s shared Team Inbox, where your team can reply, assign owners, add tags and notes, and keep the conversation with the rest of your business records.

Yes. WhatsApp and email arrive in one shared inbox where conversations can be assigned, given a status, tagged, annotated with internal notes and turned into tasks.

Available

Yes. The inbox is shared, so any permitted team member can pick up a conversation, and each one can be assigned to a specific owner. What each person can see and do follows their SpeedoOne user permissions.

Available

Yes. SpeedoOne keeps a local mirror of the templates in your WhatsApp Business Account. You can sync templates from Meta, or write a new one in SpeedoOne and submit it for review with a category and language.

Only templates Meta has approved can be sent. Review usually takes from a few minutes to 24 hours or more, and templates can come back rejected.

Available

Within WhatsApp itself, yes: keyword-based auto-reply rules (matched in order, with a per-chat cooldown), an automatic welcome message on the first message in a thread, and an out-of-hours auto-away reply based on your working days and hours.

Workflows that reach into other SpeedoOne modules — creating a lead, scheduling a follow-up, triggering a fee reminder — depend on which modules are enabled for your organization.

Cross-module: subject to availability

Conversations carry customer context — contact details, tags, status, notes and tasks — inside the inbox. Deeper CRM linkage, such as creating a lead or a follow-up directly from a conversation, depends on the CRM modules enabled for your workspace.

Subject to availability

Yes. You need a WhatsApp Business Account and a phone number registered on the Meta Cloud API. If the number is currently being used in the WhatsApp Business app, it has to be migrated before it can be connected here.

From the WhatsApp integration screen in SpeedoOne there are two routes: Login with Meta, which walks you through linking the number, or entering your Phone Number ID and API key manually. Either way you finish with Connect & Verify, and enter your two-step verification PIN if the number has one.

After that, copy the inbound webhook URL that SpeedoOne shows and register it in your provider dashboard, so customer replies reach the Team Inbox. Send a test message to confirm everything is working.
